Common use of Absence of Other Liens Clause in Contracts

Absence of Other Liens. The Collateral is owned by it free and clear of any Lien of any nature whatsoever, except as granted pursuant to this Agreement and as permitted by the Credit Agreement, and, except as provided by paragraph (b) of this Section 7, no financing statement has been filed, under the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any state or otherwise, covering any Collateral except as indicated on Schedule 7.01 to the Credit Agreement.
