Common use of Absence of Stabilization Clause in Contracts

Absence of Stabilization. The Company will not take, and will cause each of the other Triangle Entities to not take, directly or indirectly, any action designed to cause or result in, or that would constitute or may reasonably be expected to constitute, the stabilization or manipulation of the price of any security of the Company to facilitate the sale or resale of the Securities.
