Common use of Absence of Third-Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Absence of Third-Party Beneficiaries. No provisions of this Agreement, express or implied, are intended or shall be construed to confer upon or give to any Person other than the parties hereto, any rights, remedies or other benefits under or by reason of this Agreement unless specifically provided otherwise herein, and except as so provided, all provisions hereof shall be solely between the parties to this Agreement.
