Absence of Third Party Beneficiary Rights. No provisions of this Agreement are intended, nor will be interpreted, to provide or create any third party beneficiary rights or any other rights of any kind in any client, customer, affiliate, partner or employee of any party hereto or any other person or entity, except as specifically otherwise provided to be for the benefit of officers, directors, employees or shareholders of Target in Sections 4.14 and 5.4 (as to employees), 5.5 (as to officers and directors) and 10.3 (as to shareholders), and, except as so provided, all provisions hereof will be personal solely between the parties to this Agreement.
