Common use of Absence of Third-Party Filings Clause in Contracts

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A and to evidence Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.2, (i) no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A 5.15A and to evidence Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.27.2, (i) no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A and to evidence 5.16A or in connection with Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.2by this Agreement, (i) no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, office and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A and to evidence Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.25.16A, (i) no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, except with respect to Permitted Encumbrances and Liens permitted under subsection 7.2A, and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A 5.17A and to evidence Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.2as set forth on Schedule -------- 7.2 annexed hereto, (i) no effective UCC or PPSA financing statement, fixture --- filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, office and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A 5.16A and to evidence permitted lease obligations and other Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.27.1(v), (i) no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, office and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Collateral Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.15A and to evidence Liens permitted pursuant to subsection 6.25.16A, (i) no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, except with respect to Permitted Encumbrances and Liens permitted under subsection 7.2A, and (ii) no effective filing covering all or any part of the IP Collateral is on file in the PTO.
