Common use of Absence of Third-Party Filings Clause in Contracts

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A and in respect of Liens permitted under subsection 6.2A, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A and in respect of Liens permitted under subsection 6.2A6.2A(iii) hereof, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A 5.14A and in respect such as shall be assigned to Administrative Agent as of Liens permitted under subsection 6.2Athe Closing Date, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been be filed in favor of Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A in connection with the Loan Documents and in respect of Liens permitted under subsection 6.2A7.2 hereof, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Administrative Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A and in respect of Liens permitted under subsection 6.2A5.15A, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office, except relating to Liens permitted hereunder.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Administrative Collateral Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A and in respect of Liens permitted under subsection 6.2A5.16A, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office.

Absence of Third-Party Filings. Except such as may have been filed in favor of Administrative Collateral Agent as contemplated by subsection 4.16A SECTION 5.17(a) and as filed in respect favor of Liens permitted Administrative Agent or the administrative agent under subsection 6.2Athe Casden Credit Agreement on or before the Initial Closing Date, no effective UCC financing statement, fixture filing or other instrument similar in effect covering all or any part of the Pledged Collateral is on file in any filing or recording office.
