This Assignment is, and is intended to be, an absolute and present assignment of the Security from Borrower to Lender with a concurrent license back to the Borrower (which license is subject to revocation upon the occurrence of an Event of Default as herein provided) and is not intended as merely the granting of a security interest relating to the Obligations.
