Common use of Absolute Owners Clause in Contracts

Absolute Owners. The Litigation Trustee may deem and treat the Beneficiary of record in the Trust Register as the absolute owner of such Beneficial Interests for the purpose of receiving distributions and payment thereon or on account thereof and for all other purposes whatsoever.
