Common use of Absolute Triple Net Lease Clause in Contracts

Absolute Triple Net Lease. (a) This Lease is what is commonly called a "Absolute Triple Net Lease," it being understood that Lessor shall receive the Base Rent set forth in Section 4.01 free and clear of any and all expenses, costs, impositions, taxes, assessments, liens or charges of any nature whatsoever. Lessee shall pay all rent in lawful money of the United States of America to Lessor at the notice address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other places as Lessor may designate in writing on or before the due date specified for same without prior demand, set-off or deduction of any nature whatsoever.
