Abstention by Interested Member Sample Clauses

Abstention by Interested Member. Any member of the Committee who is also a Participant in the Plan shall take no part in any determination specifically relating to his own participation or benefits under the Plan, unless an abstention would render the Committee incapable of acting on the matter.
