ABT Marks Clause Samples
The "ABT Marks" clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the use of trademarks, logos, and other brand identifiers owned by ABT. Typically, this clause specifies how and when the other party may use ABT's marks, such as in marketing materials, websites, or co-branded initiatives, and may require prior written approval for any such use. Its core function is to protect ABT's brand integrity and intellectual property by ensuring that its marks are used appropriately and only in ways that have been expressly authorized.
ABT Marks. If, either in conjunction with a properly noticed termination of exclusivity or at any time after such notice is delivered, ABT or ABTAC intends to use any ABT Marks in conjunction with the marketing of any Products outside of the terms of this Agreement, then ABTAC must give AIC 30 days prior written notice thereof.
