Academic License. You may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for non-commercial purposes only including conducting academic research or providing educational services. You certify that use is directly related to teaching, private non-commercial development or that use is strictly for non-commercial research by students or and faculty members, where the results of such research or development are not intended primarily for the benefit of a third party.

Academic License. If Company identifies a Software license as an Academic License, the Customer must be an academic institution or other qualifying non-profit organization and may use up to the maximum number of copies of the Software that have been validly obtained pursuant to the License. Software provided through an Academic License may only be used for "Academic Use," which means use (i) by an individual employed by (or, with respect to academic institutions, enrolled in a course of study at) an accredited academic institution, organized and operated exclusively for the purpose of education or research, (ii) at the location of such academic institution, and (iii) solely for purposes directly related to teaching, training, degree-granting programs, and research and development that are part of the instructional functions of the institution. Without limiting the foregoing, Academic Licenses may not be used for commercial, professional or productive purposes, for commercial training or any other for-profit purposes.
Academic License. Academic licenses may be granted on a per-user or per-class basis. Use of the Software is restricted to educational, academic, non-commercial purposes. The number of users authorized may be limited in the License Order Confirmation.
Academic License. An Academic License permits the use of the Product within an agreed department of a university by (i) lecturers of this university for teaching purposes; or (ii) students as part of their studies. An Academic License may be limited in time or unlimited. If the License is limited in time, the License period is specified in the License Contract and the Customer may not use the Product after the expiration of the License period.

Academic License. Under the terms of an Academic License, the Software may only be used by a student or a faculty/staff member for educational purposes while actively studying or teaching at an educational institution and for no other purpose. The Academic Version of the Software may have limited features and will cease operating after a predetermined amount of time. An Academic License may not be shared or used at the same time on different devices. Academic Licenses may not be used for commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes.
Academic License. Through an Academic License, Rocketfarm grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferable, perpetual, and non-reusable right to use Software solely for the purpose to install, integrate and use the Software for educational purposes. Under no circumstances shall an Academic License authorizes Licensee to use the Software for commercial purposes.
Academic License. If the Software is a Student version or was purchased or otherwise obtained at an academic or educational discount (collectively, an “Academic License”), it may only be used for Academic Purposes. Examples include a professor using the Software to teach a course, a student using the Software for a course, or a student using the Software for research toward an advanced degree. An Academic License of the Software may not be used for commercial, professional, commercial training, or other for- profit purposes, including consulting or research subsidized by a private or government enterprise. Research projects are typically considered commercial unless the simulation results are made publicly available.
