Academic Student Performance Data. By September 15th of each year (or by a date applicable to when state releases testing data) the Sponsor shall provide the School with academic student performance data on state required assessments for each student attending the School that was enrolled the prior year in another public school, pursuant to s. 1002.33(7)(a)3., Florida Statutes. The Sponsor may fulfill this requirement by providing the School access to the data or by providing the data in the same manner provided to other public schools in the District.
