Common use of Academic Suspension Clause in Contracts

Academic Suspension. University Housing will contact suspended students by email. The student will have three (3) business days to inform the Assignment’s office of any errors or issues that may be cause for reinstatement. Students failing to respond by the deadline will have their current and future housing assignment / application terminated. Appropriate termination charges shall apply. Students missing the deadline may request to have their applications re-activated and placed on the waiting list.
