Accelerated Exercise Period Sample Clauses

Accelerated Exercise Period. If this Option is accelerated pursuant to Section 2(c)(ii) hereof, the Holder will have ninety (90) days after the date of such acceleration to exercise this Option, and this Option will expire, to the extent unexercised, at the end of such 90-day period.
