Accelerated loan. When the lender has accelerated the loan and the lender holds all or a portion of the guaranteed loan, an estimated loss claim must be filed by the Lender with the Agency within 60 calendar days from the date the loan was accelerated. Accrued in- terest paid to the lender in accordance with § 5001.450(c)(1).
