Accelerated or Supplemental Requests for Funding. CVTA’s Finance Committee shall review all of VDOT's accelerated or supplemental requests for funding from CVTA under Section I.5 and Section X.3, respectively, of this Agreement. CVTA's Finance Committee will thereafter make a recommendation on any such request to CVTA for final determination by CVTA.
