Accelerated Vesting of Restricted Shares and Stock Options. Upon a Change in Control, to the extent that it has not yet vested, any award to you under any of the Company’s Restricted Share Plans that has not previously terminated and any stock option granted to you under the Company’s 1997 Incentive Stock Option Plan (or any other stock option plan adopted by the Company) that has not previously terminated, shall fully and immediately vest.
