Accelerated Vesting on Termination without Cause or Due to Death or Disability. If the Optionee’s Employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or due to the Optionee’s death or Disability, the Option shall vest and become immediately exercisable with respect to all of the Shares subject thereto upon the date of such termination.
