Common use of Acceleration; Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Acceleration; Event of Default. To the extent permitted in the Agreement, this Note and the indebtedness evidenced hereby shall become immediately due and payable without further notice or demand, and notwithstanding any prior waiver of any breach or default, or other indulgence, during the existence at any time of any one or more of the events defined in the Agreement as an “Event of Default”.
