ACCELERATION OF ANY INDEBTEDNESS. If Borrower or Guarantor at any time shall be in default (as principal or guarantor or other surety) in the payment of any principal of or premium or interest on any Indebtedness for Borrowed Money in excess of $3,000,000 (other than Borrower's Obligations) and in each case such default has resulted in an acceleration of the maturity of such Indebtedness for Borrowed Money which is not paid promptly upon acceleration.
