Acceleration of Delivery upon a Change of Control. In the event of a Change in Control, the full amount of the Stock corresponding to the Participant’s vested Restricted Stock Units shall be distributed to the Participant as soon as administratively practicable following the Change in Control, unless the Board as constituted immediately prior to the Change in Control shall otherwise provide.
