Common use of Acceleration of Payment of Securities Clause in Contracts

Acceleration of Payment of Securities. If payment of the Notes is accelerated when Designated Senior Debt is outstanding, the Company may not pay the Notes until three Business Days after the Representative of the holders of such Designated Senior Debt or, if there is no Representative, the holders of such Designated Senior Debt receive notice of such acceleration and, thereafter, may pay the Notes only if this Indenture otherwise permits payment at that time.
