Common use of Acceleration of Revolving Loans Clause in Contracts

Acceleration of Revolving Loans. Declare the unpaid principal of and any accrued interest in respect of all Revolving Loans, all L/C Obligations and any and all other Borrower Obligations of any and every kind owing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders under the Credit Documents to be due, whereupon the same shall be immediately due and payable without presentment, demand, protest or other notice of any kind, all of which are hereby waived by the Borrower.
