ACCELERATION OF STOCK OPTIONS IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE OF CONTROL. In the event of a Change of Control (whether or not followed by termination of Employee's employment), all stock options under any Company stock option plan which Employee holds at the time of such Change of Control shall become fully "vested" (i.e., immediately exercisable). The Company shall also extend the period of exercisability of those stock options to the maximum of four years, or the natural expiration of the stock options, whichever is earlier.
