Acceleration upon move-out Clause Samples

Acceleration upon move-out. If Lessee moves out or gives oral or written notice (in person or by an employee or agent), of intent to move out prior to the end of the Lease term without the rent being paid in full for the entire remainder of the Lease term without prior written consent of Lessor, all remaining rents for the remainder of the Lease term shall be accelerated immediately and automatically. Such accelerated rents shall be due and delinquent without notice before or after such acceleration. Such acceleration shall occur even if the rent for the current month has been paid in full.
