Acceleration upon Termination after a Change of Control. If the Purchaser’s continuous status as a Service Provider is terminated by the Company for any reason within twelve (12) months after a Change of Control (as defined below), 100% of the total number of Shares that have not been released from the Repurchase Option shall be immediately released from the Repurchase Option.
