Acceleron Controls the. Option Patent Rights existing as of the Effective Date and is entitled to grant the options for licenses specified herein. During the Agreement Term, Acceleron shall not encumber the Option Patent Rights in a manner that conflicts with any rights granted to Celgene hereunder.
