You accept and agree that your reliance on, and use of, a LAWtrust issued Digital Certificate is governed by the terms and conditions contained in this Relying Party Agreement and the relevant LAWtrust Certification Practice Statement (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xx/repository/) (“CPS”), the provisions of which you agree you are fully conversant with. In the event of a conflict of the provisions of each of these documents then the provisions of the relevant CPS shall prevail.
