Acceptable Intercreditor Agreements. Each of the Loan Parties, the Arrangers, the Issuers and the Lenders acknowledge that the exercise of certain of the Agents’ rights and remedies hereunder may be subject to, and restricted by, the provisions of any Acceptable Intercreditor Agreement. Except as specified herein, nothing contained in any Acceptable Intercreditor Agreement shall be deemed to modify any of the provisions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, which, as among the Loan Parties, the Agents, the Issuers and the Lenders shall remain in full force and effect.
