Acceptable Quality Clause Samples

The Acceptable Quality clause defines the minimum standard of quality that goods or services must meet under a contract. It typically requires that products be safe, durable, and free from defects, and that they perform as reasonably expected for their intended purpose. For example, a consumer product should function properly and last for a reasonable period, while a service should be performed with reasonable skill and care. This clause ensures that buyers receive goods or services that meet basic expectations, protecting them from substandard or faulty offerings.
