Acceptable Use and Privacy Policy. Client and its end users and customers shall comply with GTT’s Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) in its use of the Service(s). Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTT from any losses, damages, costs or expenses resulting from any third-party claim or allegation arising out of any alleged or actual violation of the AUP. The Parties acknowledge GTT’s Privacy Policy located on the company’s website.
