By signing and returning this Award Document, you are agreeing to all of the terms contained in this Award Document, including, but not limited to, the terms related to confidentiality. Participation in this program and its details are highly confidential and may not be discussed by a Participant with anyone other than the Participant's spouse or immediate family or financial or legal advisors. Breach of this confidentiality condition could affect the amount of a Participant's actual Award.
