Common use of ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL; CONSENT Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL; CONSENT. An approval by any City representative of any part of the Licensee’s performance shall not be construed to waive compliance with this Agreement or to establish a standard of performance other than required by this Agreement or by law. Where this Agreement contains a provision that either Party approve or consent to any action of the other Party, such approval or consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
