Common use of ACCEPTANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS. This Agreement shall become effective immediately upon Xxxxx’x execution of this Agreement; provided, however, that the parties’ obligations hereunder shall not become effective until the eighth (8th) day following the Retirement Date, so long as Xxxxx has not then revoked the General Release.
