Acceptance and Purchase of Entitlement. Upon the Commercial Operations Date and thereafter, the Buyer agrees and covenants to accept into its transmission system and to purchase for the term of this Agreement as specified in Article 3 and at the price as specified in Article 5, the Energy when delivered by Seller at the Delivery Point.
