Common use of ACCEPTANCE AND REVOCATION RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE AND REVOCATION RIGHTS. Executive is hereby advised (a) to consult with an attorney if Executive desires prior to signing this Agreement, (b) that this Agreement does not waive rights or claims that may arise after it is executed by Executive, and (c) that Executive has twenty-one (21) days in which to consider and accept this Agreement by signing and returning this Agreement to Western Digital. In addition, Executive has a period of seven (7) days following Executive’s execution of this Agreement in which Executive may revoke the Agreement. This Agreement will not become effective or enforceable until the seven (7) day revocation period has passed without revocation. If Executive does not advise Western Digital (by communicating such revocation to the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer within such seven (7) day period) of Executive’s intent to revoke the Agreement, Executive has waived the right to revoke the Agreement, and it will become effective and enforceable.
