Common use of Acceptance and Term Clause in Contracts

Acceptance and Term. The Company agrees to continue to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to continue to serve the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Term shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 hereof (the “Term”).
