Common use of Acceptance by Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by Escrow Agent. The Undersigned Escrow Agent (a) acknowledges its receipt of the escrow instructions contained in this Agreement executed by Buyer and Seller; and (b) accepts the foregoing escrow instructions and agrees to act in accordance with the terms contained therein and in this Agreement insofar as such terms affect Escrow Agent.

Acceptance by Escrow Agent. The Undersigned undersigned, being the Escrow Agent (a) referred to in the above Agreement, hereby acknowledges its receipt and accepts the terms of the escrow instructions contained in this Agreement executed by Buyer and Seller; and (b) accepts the foregoing as its escrow instructions and agrees to act in accordance with the terms contained therein and in this Agreement insofar as such terms affect Escrow Agentherewith.

Acceptance by Escrow Agent. The Undersigned undersigned Escrow Agent Agent: (a) acknowledges its receipt of accepts the escrow instructions contained in this Agreement executed Escrow created by Buyer and Sellerthe foregoing Agreement; and (b) accepts the foregoing escrow instructions and agrees to act in accordance with the terms contained therein thereof; and in this Agreement insofar as such terms affect Escrow Agent(c) agrees to be the person responsible for closing the transaction within the meaning of Section 6045(e)(2)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Code”), and to file all necessary information reports, returns, and statement (collectively, “Reports”) regarding the transaction required by the Code, and promptly, upon the filing thereof, transmit copies thereof to Purchaser and Seller.
