Common use of Acceptance by Executive Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by Executive. The Executive accepts the aforementioned employment at the compensation specified above. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall devote his best efforts to the service of the Company and to the performance of the duties specified above competently, carefully and faithfully. The Executive shall be permitted to take an amount of vacation in each year of his employment in conformance with Company vacation policy.

The Executive shall be permitted to take an amount of vacation in each year of his her employment in conformance with Company vacation policy, the terms of which as applied to the Executive shall be no less favorable than the terms of such policy as in effect on the date hereof.

The Executive shall be permitted to take an amount four weeks of vacation in each year of his her employment in conformance with Company vacation policy.
