Acceptance by Grantee Clause Samples

Acceptance by Grantee. I (name), (title), being the duly authorized representative of the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service, do hereby accept this Warranty Easement Deed with respect to the rights and duties of the United States of America, Grantee.

Acceptance by Grantee. The exercise of the Option is conditioned upon the acceptance by the Grantee of the terms and conditions of the Option as set forth in this Agreement. The Grantee must confirm acceptance of the Option and this Agreement on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ web site (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇). If the Grantee does not accept the Option and this Agreement within 30 days from the date of the notification of the Option, the Option grant referenced herein shall expire unless the acceptance date is extended in writing signed by the Company.

Acceptance by Grantee. The receipt of the Award is conditioned upon its acceptance by the Grantee no later than 30 days from the date the Agreement was delivered. If the Grantee shall fail to accept this Award by the due date, the Grantee’s Award shall be forfeited to the Company.

Acceptance by Grantee. The exercise of the Option or any portion thereof is conditioned upon acceptance by the Grantee of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as evidenced by the Grantee's execution of Schedule 1 and the delivery of an executed copy of Schedule 1 to the Company.

Acceptance by Grantee. The Award is conditioned upon the acceptance by the Grantee of the terms and conditions of the Award as set forth in this Agreement. The Grantee must confirm acceptance of the Award and this Agreement on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ web site (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇). The Company will accept the Award on the Grantee’s behalf. By acceptance of this Agreement, you irrevocably agree to be bound by the terms hereof.

Acceptance by Grantee. The receipt of the Award is conditioned upon the Grantee’s acceptance of the Award Letter, thereby becoming a party to this Agreement, no later than sixty (60) days after the date of the Award set forth therein (the “Award Date”) or, if later, thirty (30) days after the Grantee is informed of the availability of this Agreement.

Acceptance by Grantee. The receipt of the Award is conditioned upon its acceptance by the Grantee in the space provided below and the return of an executed copy of this agreement to the Human Resources — Compensation department of the Company no later than 60 days after the Award Date.

Acceptance by Grantee. The Grantee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and this Agreement. The Grantee has read and understands the terms and provisions thereof, and accepts the RSUs subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Agreement. The Grantee acknowledges that there may be adverse tax consequences upon the vesting or settlement of the RSUs or disposition of the underlying shares and that the Grantee has been advised to consult a tax advisor prior to such vesting, settlement or disposition.

Acceptance by Grantee. Any vesting of this Award and the Grantee’s receipt of shares or cash upon any vesting of the Award are conditioned upon the Grantee’s acceptance of the Award Letter, thereby becoming a party to this Agreement, no later than the day immediately preceding the applicable vesting date specified in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event the Grantee dies or becomes disabled (as defined in Section 5, below) prior to the vesting date, such Grantee shall be deemed to have accepted the Award Letter on the date of his death or disability.
