The Grantee must confirm acceptance of the Award and this Agreement on Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx’x web site (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). The Company will accept the Award on the Grantee’s behalf. By acceptance of this Agreement, you irrevocably agree to be bound by the terms hereof.
