Common use of ACCEPTANCE BY GRANTOR TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE BY GRANTOR TRUSTEE. The Grantor Trustee hereby acknowledges the receipt by it of the Underlying Certificates and declares that it holds and will hold such Underlying Certificates and all other assets and documents included in the Trust Fund, in trust, upon the trusts herein set forth, for the exclusive use and benefit of all present and future Certificateholders in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE BY GRANTOR TRUSTEE. The Grantor Trustee hereby acknowledges the receipt by it of the Underlying Certificates Bonds and declares that it holds and will hold such Underlying Certificates Bonds and all other assets and documents included in the related Trust Fund, in trust, upon the trusts herein set forth, for the exclusive use and benefit of all present and future applicable Certificateholders in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE BY GRANTOR TRUSTEE. The Grantor Trustee hereby acknowledges the receipt by it of the Underlying Certificates Notes and the Insurance Policy and declares that it holds and will hold such Underlying Certificates Notes, Insurance Policy and all other assets and documents included in the Trust Fund, in trust, upon the trusts herein set forth, for the exclusive use and benefit of all present and future applicable Certificateholders in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
