Acceptance by Guarantor. Guarantor hereby agrees that Guarantor becomes the guarantor of the obligations of Assignee under the Management Agreements as if Assignee were identified as the Owner in the 31st of May, 2002 Guaranty executed for the benefit of Manager; and, that Guarantor’s obligations to Manager under the Guaranty therefore have not been released or diminished as a result of this Agreement.
