Acceptance by Lender. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents are submitted by Borrowers to Lender (for Lender’s acceptance or rejection thereof) at Lender’s principal place of business as an offer by Borrowers to borrow monies from Lender now and from time to time hereafter and shall not be binding upon Lender or become effective until and unless accepted by Lender, in writing, at said place of business. If so accepted by Lender, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be deemed to have been made at said place of business.
