Acceptance by RFC VIII. RFC VIII hereby acknowledges that, on the New Account Delivery Date, TRS has agreed to deliver to RFC VIII the Account Schedule described in Section 2 of this Supplemental Conveyance with respect to all New Accounts.
Acceptance by RFC VIII. RFC VIII hereby acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Supplemental Conveyance, TRS delivered to RFC VIII the Account Schedule described in Section 2 of this Supplemental Conveyance with respect to all Aggregate Addition Accounts.
