Common use of Acceptance by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that by signing the Joint Election below or by accepting the Performance Stock Unit Award Agreement through the Company’s online acceptance procedures with the Company’s designated broker/third party administrator for the Plan, the Employee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Joint Election.
