Common use of Acceptance by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that, by clicking on the button next to “Accept” to accept the Performance-Based Awards Agreement and this Election (or by signing the Performance-Based Awards Agreement or this Election whether in hard copy or electronically), the Employee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Election.
