ACCEPTANCE BY THE GOVERNANCE ENTITY Acceptance. 2.1 If the [Governance Entity] accepts by Notice to the Crown, by the Expiry Date, the offer set out in an RFR Notice, a contract for the Disposal of the RFR Property (an “RFR Property Contract”) is constituted between the Crown and the [Governance Entity] at the price and on the terms and conditions set out in the RFR Notice.
