Common use of Acceptance by the Landlord Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Landlord. of any rent after the same has become due and payable shall not constitute a waiver by the Landlord of any rights which the Landlord may have under the terms of this Lease in the event of a default with respect to any other payment of rent.
