Acceptance by the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest to the property, existing on the Addition Cut-Off Date and thereafter created, conveyed to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 3(a) and declares that it shall maintain such right, title and interest. The Purchaser further acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Supplemental Conveyance, the Seller delivered to the Purchaser the computer file or microfiche list described in Section 2.
